nous allons présenter Zeitgeist, the movie.

Un film ébranlant sur l'histoire de la religion et de la manipulation des masses.

Il existe une version avec des sous titres français sur le net,
mais nous n'avons que la version anglaise sur DVD.

Si nous réussissons à downloader la version avec sous-titres français
nous la présenterons, sinon ce sera la version en anglais seulement.

Venez faire une branlette à votre cerveau.

Dans le dernier bulletin, plusieurs personnes m'ont fait remarquer
que j'avais oublié d'indiquer le nom du candidat : c'est John Turner !

L'une d'elles a dit que j'aurais dû mettre le français en premier.

J'ai pensé que c'était plus poli de mettre le texte original en premier
et la traduction en second. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

Et quelques-uns ont questionné la pertinence de Facebook
pour faire passer le message neorhino.

On peut aimer ou détester Facebook,
mais un des principes fondamentaux du parti neorhino.ca
c'est que ce sont les candidat.e.s qui décident comment mener leur campagne,
quoi faire ou ne pas faire, dire ou ne pas dire, etc.

Ça ne veut pas dire que l'on peut faire n'importe quoi,
par exemple, nous n'allons pas soutenir une personne
qui inciterait à la violence ou à enfreindre la loi
(sauf celle qui interdit de fumer du pot).

In the last newsletter, several people pointed out to me
that I forgot to mention the name of the candidate : it is John Turner!

One of them said that I should have put the French first.

I thought it was more polite to put the original text first
and the translation second. What do you think?

And some have questioned the relevance of Facebook
to get the neorhino message accross.

One can love or hate Facebook,
but one of the fundamental principles of the neorhino.ca party
is that it is the candidates who decide how to conduct their campaign,
what to do or not to do, to say or not to say, and so on.

It does not mean that they can do anything,
for example, we are not going to support a person
who promotes violence or breaking the law deliberately
(except the law that prohibits smoking pot).
